When will my order be delivered?

Normally within two weeks, all sent items are tracked and delivered by DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you can track the parcel with DHL here
Input your tracking code into the "Tracking nummers" field. Click "Traceren".

How can I contact PopCult?

Please visit our support page by clicking here or on the Support button on our main menu. On the support page you have the option to send us a message using our contact form, or if we are available, talk to us live to resolve any queries quickly.

How can I return a defective item?

Apologies from all of us that our high expectations of quality have been compromised at this time.
All of our products are returnable within 14 days of our dispatch date. Before you can return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain confirmation from us that the item may be returned. The product you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition. With all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.

How do I apply to get a job or work with PopCult?

You can send us an engaging and interesting email to jobs@popcult.com - we will get back to you if there are any suitable positions available. We do get a high volume of emails so please do not be offended as we cannot reply to them all regarding job vacancies.

Currently we do not offer this service, however if there is enough demand we will look into it in the future.

Are all PopCult products officially licensed?

Yes. All of our products are licensed direct from our official distributer.

I've noticed that my personal details are incorrect after making an order

If you realise that your personal details are incorrect once you have completed the ordering process, please send send us a message here. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.

Do I have to create an account to make an order with PopCult?

Yes, you will need to set up an account with PopCult to place an order. Setting up an account is very easy and you can do this while placing your order. Having an account will also enable you to store credit cards, shipping information, track past orders and build a wish list.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Due to the speed of which we process orders it is not possible to add items to an order than has been processed.

What happens if I am out when you try to deliver?

PopCult packages are sent via DHL, this means that if you miss your order DHL will leave a card at the address stating that they have attempted to deliver your package. Follow the instructions on this card to pick up the item or re-arrange delivery. Please note that if you rearrange to deliver to another address, this may incur an additional charge that is out of our control.

I am not happy with my item and wish to return it

I don't have any delivery options available for my country. When will you deliver to my country?

We are consistantly looking for new logistics options to allow us to deliver to more countries, its our goal to deliver to as many countries worldwide as possible. Follow our facebook to stay updated about new delivery locations

What is the minimum order value?

If you would like to place an order at PopCult, the value must be €15 or above, this is so that PopCult can continue to provide low shipping costs to all customers and reach more countries.
